Drawoid - Terms of Service

Welcome to Drawoid. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drawoid application ("App"), including its AI-assisted drawing features, provided by Drawoid App. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of TermsBy using Drawoid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Account Registration and Authentication2.1. To use the App, you must create an account using either Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID or Google account credentials.
2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information through your chosen authentication method.
2.4. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2.5. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion:
- Your account information will be permanently deleted from our servers
- Any unused credits ("paints") will be forfeited
- If you choose to register again in the future, you will start with 0 credits
- Your locally stored artwork will remain on your device unless manually deleted
3. License and App Usage3.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2. You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- License, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Copy or distribute the App in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms
4. AI Features and Content Generation4.1. The App includes AI-assisted rendering features that help create and modify artwork.
4.2. AI processing occurs on our servers, but all output images are stored locally on your device.
4.3. You retain ownership of the content you create using the App.
4.4. We do not sync your files or images across devices; all artwork remains solely on the device where it was created.
4.5. AI-generated content requires the use of credits ("paints") which can be purchased through the App.
4.6. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of AI-generated content.
4.7. You are responsible for ensuring any content you create or modify complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. User Content5.1. You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or share through the App ("User Content").
5.2. By uploading User Content for AI processing, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content on our servers for the sole purpose of providing AI-assisted rendering services.
5.3. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
6. Privacy and Data Collection6.1. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6.2. We may collect usage data to improve the App and its features.
6.3. You consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. In-App Purchases7.1. The App offers in-app purchases of credits ("paints") that enable AI-assisted rendering features.
7.2. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
7.3. Credits are consumable items that are depleted when used for AI rendering.
7.4. Unused credits are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account deletion.
7.5. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
7.6. We reserve the right to modify the pricing and quantity of credits available for purchase.
8. Intellectual Property Rights8.1. The App, including its code, design, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
8.2. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are our property or the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties9.1. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9.3. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability10.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
11. Termination11.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
11.2. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and/or removing the App from your device.
11.3. Upon termination, sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 will survive.
12. Changes to Terms12.1. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms in the App.
12.2. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
